HTS was founded in 1976 by Luc Pilon, an entrepreneur and pilot who started with a single helicopter operation. Through reinvestment and steady growth, the company expanded into the United States, where it established a strong presence in 1993.
Our Aurora, Oregon facility stands today as a cornerstone of HTS operations, offering heavy-lift capabilities, maintenance expertise, and component overhaul services.
